Items must be in original condition, unworn with tags and packaging intact.

Orders placed during promotional sales are eligible for a gift card or exchange only. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount.

The cost of returning your order to Beije is at the customers expense. We strongly recommend shipping your return back using trackable post. Beije is not responsible for any returns which are lost in the post or do not arrive.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternate style or size please include this when you request your return.

Archive sale items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned.

To ensure the quality of our products, every order is carefully accessed by our team prior to dispatch.

However, if you have received an item that is incorrect, or that you believe to be faulty, please email customercare@studiobeije.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

If you believe that a fault has occurred with an item purchased from studiobeije.com, please email customercare@studiobeije.com with photos and a brief explanation of the issue so that we can work to find a resolution for you. We reserve the right to repair, or replace an item we deem to be faulty as a first resort. Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered as faulty. All faulty items will be assessed upon return, so must be sent back clean.

PRE-ORDER items are marked as pre-order in the product description with an estimated ship date. Please note that once a pre-order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or edits to the order.

If any item is returned and the adjusted total falls below the Free Gift threshold, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
